Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Dispense medicines by reviewing and interpreting physicians orders. Clarifications if any must be obtained from the prescribing doctors. 2. Prepare and maintain all the statutory and MIS registers, including but not limited to Schedule X drugs, Schedule H1 drugs, cash deposit registers, high-value item registers, suture registers, etc. 3. Compliance with all the statutory regulations prescribed by the drugs control department, the state pharmacy councils, or any other competent authorities. The pharmacist also needs to attend the audits. 4. Maintenance of medicine stock and inventory in the pharmacy involves properly stacking the items and removing expired, near-expiry, and damaged medicines from the pharmacy inventory. 5. Perform internal stock verification on a daily basis and submit the report to the management. Also to ensure that the physical stock is tallying with the book stock.Role & responsibilities

For Raw materials and Primary materials (Receipts and Dispensing as per regulatory aspects). (As well as forextending WH purpose) SAP, MS Office, WMS, documentation Communication skills.

01. Responsible for daily verification and calibration of weighing balances. 02. Dispensing of all materials. 03. Responsible for updating of records for temperature, relative humidity and differential Pressure. 04. Responsible for preparation of disinfectant solution and record updation. 05. Responsible for cleaning activities in warehouse. 06. Responsible for operation and cleaning of walk in cold room, deep freezer, dispensing booth and sampling booth as per the procedure. 07. Responsible for cleaning of dispensing area / dispensing aids after completion of activity. 08. Responsible for updation of cleaning and dispensing log books. 09. Responsible for receipt of materials 10. Responsible for GRN preparation in SAP. 11. Responsible for stock verification periodically in warehouse
