Job Description

1.) Dispatch Operations: Manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate segregation of inward, outward and sales return shipments 2.) GR Collection: Collect and maintain accurate records of GR documents 3.) Dispatch Register Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date dispatch register, accurately recording all outgoing shipments 4.) Sales Register Return Maintenance: Maintain detailed Sales Return Register, tracking all returned goods and their respective details. 5.) Stock Register Maintenance: Maintain an accurate stock register reflecting current inventory levels and movements. 6.) Daily Dispatch Register Reporting: Share daily report of Dispatch Register in the designated group, ensuring timely communication of dispatch activities.
