Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 18-22 years of experience to lead our technology team as a Director in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT enabled services and BPO.
Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Design and implement scalable and secure technology solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Develop and manage budgets for technology projects.
