Direct Marketing Executive

In a Direct Marketing role, you'll be promoting products, services and brands to an audience of both existing and potential customers. It's your job to help increase sales by raising the profile of your business, through targeted promotional marketing campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through direct marketing efforts, including face-to-face meetings, calls, emails, and presentations.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions that meet their requirements.
• Achieve targets and outcomes within the designated timeframe.
• Maintain and expand a client database by establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/B tech required
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in direct sales, marketing or a similar role(preferred).
• Willingness to travel around Kerala
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
