Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) / Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Job Summary:

We are looking for immediate joiners with strong academic backgrounds for the role of Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) / Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). Candidates must be recent graduates or diploma holders (0–2 years of experience), with excellent technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative.
Owning a personal two-wheeler is mandatory due to frequent site visits.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:
• DET: 3-year full-time Diploma in [Electrical / Electronics] from a recognized institution.
• GET: B.E./B.Tech in [Electrical / Electronics] from a recognized university.
• Academic Performance:
• Minimum 60% aggregate marks throughout (10th, 12th, Diploma/Graduation).
• No active backlogs at the time of application or joining.
• Experience: 0–2 years (internships and academic projects will be considered).
• Availability: Must be available for immediate joining.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for daily commute and field/site work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily engineering and operational activities across assigned departments.
• Assist in implementation of technical projects and process improvements.
• Conduct on-site inspections, audits, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong fundamentals in core engineering subjects.
• Ability to travel locally (site visits, plant locations, vendor locations as required).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and engineering software tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-driven with a sense of responsibility and accountability.
