Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in Digital Marketing (Training experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on digital marketing topics including:

Performance Marketing

Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Design and update course content, PPTs, and real-time case studies based on the latest industry trends.

Provide hands-on training using tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, quizzes, and live project assignments.

Offer mentorship and career guidance to learners when needed.

Evaluate learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, and SEO

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach through live examples

Familiarity with key industry tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)

Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience is an added advantage

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic Advertising

Basic knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation tools

Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot
