Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager Education & Qualification: • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing. • Strong knowledge of content marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization. • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing. Experience: • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the education sector). • Proven track record of managing successful paid and organic marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities: 1. Content &Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and lead generation. Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media channels. Oversee PPC and social media advertising campaigns. 2. SEO & Data Analytics: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices. Monitor and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics and other data tools. 3. Collaboration &Strategy: Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and content teams to enhance marketing performance. Analyze data and optimize marketing strategies for higher engagement and conversions. 4. Email & Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns. Manage social media channels, monitor engagement, and develop audience growth strategies.
