Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Your expertise in SEO (on-page & off-page) will be crucial in improving website rankings. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing and expanding the company's presence on social media platforms. Tracking and analyzing website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console will be part of your daily tasks. Your ability to generate leads through digital channels and monitor conversion performance will be essential in driving business growth. You will also be involved in creating and managing email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience effectively. Collaboration with the design and content team is vital to create high-quality content and creatives. Staying updated with the latest digital trends and best practices is essential to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective. Possessing Google Ads and/or Digital Marketing certifications will be an advantage in this role. In terms of required skills, you should have proven experience in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing. A strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Email Marketing tools such as Mailchimp is necessary. Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools like SEMrush and Ubersuggest is also important. A good understanding of content marketing and conversion funnels, as well as basic knowledge of HTML, website CMS like WordPress, and landing page optimization, will be beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with team members and external partners. An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities will help you optimize campaigns and drive results. Preferred skills include proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design work, video editing tools for short-form content creation (e.g., Reels/YouTube Shorts), and knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital sales funnels. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in-person.
