Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Intern to support our lead generation and sales growth in the USA and Canada markets. This is a paid, remote internship designed for candidates who want real-world marketing experience in an international environment.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to generate qualified leads and contribute to business sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads tailored to North American audiences
• Create and manage landing pages, ad creatives, and email marketing flows
• Use tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager to track performance
• Conduct keyword research and run low-budget Google PPC campaigns
• Generate B2B leads through organic outreach on LinkedIn, cold emails, and follow-up sequences
• Write compelling ad copies, headlines, and CTAs that convert
• Analyze campaign metrics and generate weekly performance reports
• Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support conversion efforts
• Suggest new growth hacks and automation tools for better outreach

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and lead funnels
• Basic knowledge of paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
• Willingness to learn fast, adapt, and work independently
