Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Lead Generation

Location: Okhla, New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Okhla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running online marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and driving conversions for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Plan and execute strategies for generating quality leads (B2B depending on business needs)
• Manage and optimize landing pages and lead funnels
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
• Create engaging content for ads, emails, and social platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and handover process

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and basic design skills (Canva, etc.)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Self-starter with a strong analytical mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
