Role Overview

You will own and execute all things digital marketing from running high-ROI performance campaigns to creating relatable customer-facing content and growing our social media presence. You’ll work closely with the founders and product team to shape product’s voice and brand during its high-stakes launch phase.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads
• Optimize for CAC, CTR, app installs, and conversion funnels
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Firebase

Social Media Management

• Own our Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, and WhatsApp community pages
• Plan and schedule daily content (reels, carousels, polls, memes etc.)
• Monitor comments, DMs, and grow follower base organically
• Engage with customer communities, influencers, and creators

Content Creation

• Create short-form videos (30–60s) for reels, shorts, and ads using CapCut/InShot
• Design social posts and thumbnails using Canva or Figma
• Collaborate with ambassadors and creators to produce UGC content
• Write copy for posts, ads, captions, and notifications in a student-friendly tone

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance ads, or content/social roles
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Instagram Reels
• Strong copywriting skills with a Gen-Z, student-first voice
• Bonus: Basic video editing and design chops
