What You’ll Do

• Own our social media game – manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, and more.
• Create viral, engaging content – from memes to reels, tweets to long-form stories – you know what hits with a gaming audience.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas that align with Glitchover’s mission and voice.
• Engage the gaming community authentically on platforms like Discord, Reddit, Twitch, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with streamers, designers, and the content team to keep everything on-brand and exciting.
• Track campaign performance and tweak strategy based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative powerhouse with a passion for gaming and internet culture.
• Solid understanding of Discord, YouTube, Twitch, and other key gaming platforms.
• Experience in content creation, especially for social media (design/video/editing tools are a bonus).
• Someone who’s not afraid to experiment and push boundaries.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in or around gaming/streaming communities before!
