We’re looking for a high-energy Digital Marketing Intern who lives and breathes the gaming/streaming culture. You’ll be at the frontlines of outreach — connecting with creators, building relationships, and helping manage our digital community. Responsibilities: Streamer Outreach : Identify, contact, and pitch Glitchover to gaming streamers across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term connections with streamers and content creators. Account Handling : Serve as the point of contact for onboarded streamers, help with onboarding, support, and platform guidance. Discord Management : Keep our community alive and buzzing. Engage users, moderate channels, and drive creative campaigns. Team Leadership : Guide and oversee a small outreach team of fellow interns and freshers. Help them stay motivated and on track. Campaign Support : Work with the marketing team to execute launch campaigns, collabs, and community events. Ideal Candidate: Deep understanding of the gaming and streaming ecosystem – Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Discord, etc. Excellent communication and persuasion skills – you're confident talking to creators and closing the loop. Leadership mindset – experience managing teams or projects (even small ones) is a plus. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
