The opening is for a Social Media Manager's position at Vastram Boutique, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the brand's social media presence across various platforms mainly focusing on Meta. You should be abe to execute social media campaigns that aligns with our vision, driving engagement and brand awareness.

Job description:

• Campaign Development: Generate innovative campaign ideas to boost brand visibility and awareness, from conceptualisation to execution.
• Creative Content: Should be able to generate Creatives for our socials daily
• UGC Content: Come up with ideas for User-Generated Content which can in turn help boost the trustworthiness of the brand
• Brand Visual Ideas: Collaborate with our designer to create visually compelling content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand identity.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitors’ social media activity, campaigns, and audience engagement to stay ahead of market trends.
• Paid Marketing & Boosting: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), including budget management, targeting, and optimisation for better ROI.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Should have prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
• Must have a strong understanding of all the popular social media platforms
• Expertise in paid marketing and boosting techniques across social media platforms while keeping an eye on ROAS

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
