DGM/ GM Growth and Partnerships for North & West/ Pan-India (B2B Private School Sales)

You are Karadi Path, a dynamic Regional Sales Leader responsible for spearheading B2B school partnerships, leading high-performing sales teams, and driving strategic execution across the North & West region or Pan-India. With a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in institutional sales, including regional leadership roles, you will be based in Mumbai or New Delhi. Your compensation package is negotiable and will be commensurate with your skills and experience. Your key responsibilities will include leading sales operations to achieve revenue targets, building and mentoring field sales teams, presenting to school leaders, closing institutional deals, coordinating implementation with training and operations teams, analyzing market trends, forecasting performance, and taking corrective action. Extensive travel across the assigned region will be required. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate or MBA degree in Sales/Marketing, preferably with an EdTech background. You must have a proven track record of 10-15 years in institutional school sales, along with exceptional presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in Business Intelligence, AI, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms is essential, as well as a strong understanding of regional school markets.
