Job Description

Job Overview:

Looking for a creative DevOps engineer who will be responsible for automating, streamlining, and improving the development and deployment processes across environments. The role focuses on maintaining CI/CD pipelines, fast and seamless delivery to customer environments, managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting fast-paced, iterative software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement CI/CD as per the industry standards
Build and configure tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
Perform root cause analysis for errors
Develop scripts to automate manual tasks
Deploy applications like Web server (Apache, Nginx, etc.), Database server (MySQL, MongoDB), VoIP applications (Asterisk, Freeswitch, Opensips, etc) as per requirement.
Provide technical assistance in DevOps tools, Web Server, Database Server, VoIP Applications, etc to the internal/external customers.
Need to work and resolve issues in defined SLA to increase customer satisfaction.
Implement High Availability and auto scaling.

Eligibility Criteria:

Good communication skills.
Having strong knowledge of the trending DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes, etc.
Should have hands on experience on Software version control systems like GIT, BitBucket, etc
Must have knowledge of Linux systems.
Should have knowledge of Microservice architecture.
Good Knowledge of Shell script/Python Script or any other Scripting languages
Should be proficient in Networking concepts
Problem solving attitude
Ready to learn and adapt new technologies
Team Spirit
Knowledge of any cloud platform like AWS, Google Cloud,etc
