Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Desktop Support and CCTV Engineer. The Desktop Support and CCTV Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and computer hardware. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and repairing desktop computers, and setting up and supporting CCTV systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Desktop Computers, Computer Hardware, and Troubleshooting
• Experience in Technical Support and Printer Support
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in technical support or computer hardware are a plus
• Should have strong experience on CCTV and surveillance
