Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively

  with departments such as Production, Inventory Management, Product Design & R&D, and Quality Control.

• Utilize AutoCAD

  to create detailed 2D and 3D designs for steel doors.

• Plan the design and programming controls

  based on project priorities.

• Develop detailed computer models or drawings

  of physical components using advanced math and computer skills.

• Monitor the movement of orders

  within the Design department to ensure seamless operations.

• Track the status of product drawing designs

  and generate raw material inventory reports.

• Evaluate production control activities

  to ensure the final product meets customer specifications.

• Collaborate with the Operations team

  to manage material, production scheduling, shipping/receiving, and logistics throughout the process.

• Support and assist

  with the company's Safety Program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

  .

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience

  in the manufacturing process of Steel Doors, Fire Doors, or Hollow Metal Doors.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software

  to create shop drawings and development drawings for production.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  .

• Expertise in time management

  and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to understand technical drawings and plans

  .

• Strong advanced math and computer skills

  .

• Demonstrated creativity and artistic ability

  .

• Familiarity with R&D, Design, Programming, manufacturing, and Testing Standards

  .
