Role & responsibilities As a Hydraulic Cylinders Design Head, you (She/he) will build and lead a team, oversee the design process, to enhance efficiency and innovation. Cost and Reliability: Develop and implement design solutions that meet cost and reliability targets by rationalizing Designs to reduce variations in product grouping to help cost reduction for customers. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers for component selection and integration.
