Design & Pre Sales Engineer

Design & Pre-Sales Executive (PEB Industry)

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Design Support:*

* Assist in preparing preliminary designs, layout plans, and basic structural drawings for PEB projects.

* Work with the design team to generate GA drawings and assist in connection detailing.

* Ensure drawings and designs are in compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

*Pre-Sales Coordination:*

* Support the sales and estimation team with technical documentation during client inquiries.

* Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and basic cost estimates.

* Assist in creating proposal documents, design presentations, and project concept notes.

*Client Interaction:*

* Communicate with clients and consultants to understand project briefs and site conditions.

* Participate in client meetings and provide design-related inputs under the guidance of senior engineers or sales heads.

* Address initial technical queries from customers and route complex queries to senior team members.

*Internal Coordination:*

* Coordinate with the engineering, estimation, and procurement teams to gather inputs for proposals.

* Ensure timely submission of designs and proposals for ongoing enquiries and tenders.

*Key Skills & Competencies:*

* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and structural design tools (STAAD Pro/Tekla preferred).

* Good understanding of steel structures and PEB concepts.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills.

* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

* Team player with attention to detail.

*Qualifications:*

* B.E. / Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.

* 1–3 years of experience in a design or technical support role, preferably in the PEB or structural steel industry.

Preferred Industry Background:

* Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Companies

* Structural Fabrication or Steel Service Providers

* Industrial Infrastructure/Construction Companies

Remuneration:

As per industry standards and based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,042.50 - ₹30,806.90 per month
