Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced
Design Lead
to join our creative team. As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design direction of multiple projects within the agency, ensuring creative excellence, strategic alignment, and a high level of visual execution. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and development teams to bring innovative ideas to life across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, digital ads, and email marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Design Strategy:
- Take charge of the design vision and creative direction for all client projects, ensuring the final deliverables align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and digital marketing goals.

Creative Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback, direction, and support to help them grow. Encourage a collaborative and positive environment for the design team.

Client Interaction & Collaboration:
- Work closely with account managers, clients, and stakeholders to understand business needs, brand goals, and target audiences, translating these into engaging and effective designs.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively across digital marketing campaigns and platforms, maintaining consistency and quality throughout.

Design Execution & Oversight:
- Lead the design of high-quality digital assets, including websites, social media posts, banner ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and more, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and an exceptional user experience.

Stay Current on Design Trends:
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, ensuring that the agency remains innovative and competitive in the industry.

Quality Control:
- Review and approve all designs before final delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, creativity, and alignment with client goals.

Problem Solving:
- Troubleshoot design challenges, offering solutions that balance creativity with practical requirements, such as usability, performance, and timelines.

Time & Resource Management:
- Efficiently manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and working with the project management team to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is highly desirable.

Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with design systems and collaboration tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
