What You’ll Do

• Lead the visual design process from brief to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to translate campaign objectives into standout design
• Supervise and mentor junior designers — reviewing work, giving feedback, and helping them grow
• Design for a wide range of formats: social media creatives, brand identities, motion graphics, videos, infographics, and more
• Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for all design projects
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our work stays fresh and relevant
• Think beyond execution — contribute ideas, solve problems visually, and add value in brainstorms and strategy discussions
  

What You’ll Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in visual design, preferably with a digital-first or advertising agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, digital creatives, and motion design
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• A sharp eye for layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience in handling multiple projects, prioritizing deadlines, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A proactive attitude, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage a small team
• Passion for great design and an obsession with the details
