About Us: We are a bespoke lighting brand that combines craftsmanship with design innovation. Our products are known for their material richness, thoughtful detailing, and custom capabilities. Role Overview: We're looking for a hands-on, design-savvy individual who can seamlessly shift between product development and marketing design. You'll work closely with both the production and marketing teams to bring our lighting concepts to life—from CAD to catalog. Create accurate CAD drawings of new/old lighting designs Ensure smooth transition of design files to production, with necessary technical detailing Design brochures, social media creatives, and presentation decks Create monthly product catalogs for internal and customer circulation Conceptualize new lighting designs based on material feasibility and trend inputs Collaborate with the founder and workshop team to refine prototypes Design and format engaging email newsletters that align with the brand tone Conduct QC of finished products to ensure they match design intent and specifications Flag and resolve discrepancies with the workshop proactively Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/06/2025
