Job Title: Design Coordinator Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Proprietor Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and proactive Design Coordinator to manage and execute our participation in prestigious interior design and architectural design awards. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to effectively position our brand in the design industry. Key Responsibilities: Research, identify, and register the company for relevant design and architecture awards globally. Prepare and submit compelling award entries and supporting materials, adhering to deadlines and guidelines. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to gather content, visuals, and project details. Design and format presentation materials using Canva or similar tools. Develop and maintain an awards calendar and coordinate awards submissions accordingly. Represent the company with clarity and professionalism in all written and verbal communication. Track results of award submissions and maintain documentation for internal and external reporting. Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written English with exceptional grammar and writing skills. Strong creative mindset and understanding of visual storytelling. Proficiency in Canva . Excellent presentation skills with the ability to craft visually impactful submissions. Strong verbal and visual communication abilities. Highly organized , detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Background in written and design-related fields. Portfolio or examples of past presentations (optional but preferred). Note: Preferred candidates from Mumbai only.
