Job Description

1)Vendor Management & amp; KPIs of Manpower Agencies. 2)Ensuring optimal attendance of contractual workers in Warehouse. 3)Customer interaction on manpower issues. 4)Statutory / regular audits managed by customers. 5)Maintaining harmonious relations and check workforce unrest. 6)Responsible for liaising with statutory authorities. 7)Database Management / MIS/ Dashboard. 8)Management and Employee engagement activities at Warehouses. 9)Contract and Invoice Management - Manpower vendors. 10)HR Operations for Contractual Manpower. 11)Employee Life cycle and benefits: Hiring to exit of all Third-party staff. 12) Key Deliverables: Manpower Vendor Management / Compliances: Implementation of DB SMS, Country Labor Laws in all sites/ offices for Third party staff / Audit Ready: Customer Audits, DB Audits, ISO Audits, Internal Quarterly Audit and Action plan. / Stakeholder Management / Business Partnering to CL, Land transport and other BUs / Innovation to enhance productivity.
