Job Description

TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited is looking for Deputy Manager - Retention to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to retain existing customers and maximize customer lifetime value. Support the creation and execution of customer retention campaigns and programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze customer data and identify trends and insights for retention initiatives. Assist in the development of customer segmentation strategies for targeted retention efforts. Support the management of customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights. Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve customer concerns and issues. Assist in the design and implementation of loyalty programs and incentives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and satisfaction. Support the development of customer communication materials, including newsletters, emails, and other relevant content. Assist in conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
