1. Should be from pharma background. Preferable in Ayurvedic unit.
2. Handling plant maintenance.
3. Responsible for overall engineering functions in tablet/capsule/liquid syrup/ointment/chyawanprash/sterile manufacturing plant.
4. Responsible for O&M (Operations & Maintenance) of utility, HVAC, Water System and Process maintenance, Electrical Operations, etc.
5. Expertise in equipment Installation, Procurement, Vendor Development, equipment commissioning.
6. Responsible for PM (Preventive Maintenance), Calibration, Facility maintenance and department safety functions.
7. Responsible for regulatory and statutory audit compliance.
8. Responsible for Preparation of maintenance reports budget and expenses control.
9. Knowledge about basic cGMP.
