Deputy General Manager - Projects

Responsibilities

Assist project lead to carry out execution activity for construction for the designated project.
To lead all aspects related to the operations of construction and for the successful delivery of quality projectsPlan and monitor phase wise development and adhere to delivery timelines of project.Ensure adherence to processes/workflows developed as part of the service delivery model.Decide project implementation priorities to ensure optimum utilization of resources.Planning and identifying daily requirement of Labor, construction machinery, material, and formwork.Monitoring the Construction activities being carried out by the Construction ContractorStudy of drawings, specifications and BOQ and highlighting discrepancies if any to superiorsTo resolve any issues hampering progress on day to day basis.To ensure that the quality of work done is as per specifications.Attending snag points, preparing snag list-follow up with the constructor to get snag rectified

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech Civil
12 - 15 Years of work experience in construction and project management
