Demo Artist (Education)

Location: Noida/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstrations

  : Showcase ICT360's solutions to prospective clients.

• Technical Expertise

  : Provide technical support and address client queries.

• Proposal Development

  : Assist in preparing detailed proposals and RFP responses.

• Market Insights

  : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

• Client Engagement

  : Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Collaboration

  : Work with product development and marketing teams.

• Training

  : Train the sales team on product features and benefits.

• Travel

  : Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Reporting

  : Maintain accurate sales activity reports in the CRM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role in the EdTech industry.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of complex concepts.
• Knowledge of the K12 education system and educational technology is a plus.
