Job Description

  1. Customer Relationship Management

    : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in the publishing sector. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. Strive to understand customer needs deeply and provide tailored solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  2. Technical Expertise in Publishing

    : Possess a comprehensive understanding of technical aspects relevant to publishing production processes. This includes proficiency in typesetting, formatting, digital asset management, and other related technologies.
  3. Publishing Production Experience

    : Utilize extensive publishing production experience to oversee and optimize production workflows. Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines in publishing projects.
  4. Solution Development

    : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Develop customized solutions leveraging technology to address these needs effectively. Coordinate with internal technical teams to implement solutions successfully.
  5. Project Management

    : Lead publishing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  6. Training and Support

    : Provide training and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders on publishing tools, systems, and processes. Act as a subject matter expert for resolving technical issues related to publishing production.

7. Project Delivery Management:

    • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Define delivery strategies and monitor progress through all project phases.
    • Address and resolve project roadblocks promptly 8.

      Team Leadership:

    • Manage and mentor delivery teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
    • Assign responsibilities and ensure team members understand project goals.
    • Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders.
    • Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding of project progress.
    • Manage client expectations and resolve escalations effectively.
    • Provide regular project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders
    • Resource Management:


      Allocate resources effectively, optimizing team productivity.
    • Identify skill gaps and recommend training or hiring solutions.
    • Risk Management:


      Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency strategies.
    • Process Improvement:

    • Implement and refine delivery methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the delivery team.
    • Financial Management:


      Monitor project budgets and ensure financial health of deliverables.
    • Forecast resource requirements and expenses proactively.
