Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to deliver packages, food, or goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility and customer service. Key Responsibilities:Pick up and deliver items to customers as per the assigned routes or instructions. Ensure the accuracy of delivery addresses and contact information. Handle products with care to avoid damage during transit. Collect payments or obtain signatures as needed. Maintain delivery logs and records. Follow traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle (if provided). Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors in case of delays, emergencies, or route changes. Provide excellent customer service during each delivery interaction. Proven working experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred Ability to manage time and routes efficiently Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Physically fit and able to lift packages Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods Basic smartphone handling for navigation or delivery apps Own two-wheeler or bicycle Working Hours: Flexible
