Job Title: Debt Recovery Tele caller – Bank Credit Card & Other Products Location: SAGARPUR (DELHI) Department: Collections / Recovery Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting to: Collection Manager / Team Leader *BEST OPPORTUNITY FOR FRESHERS WANTS TO START THERE CAREER IN BANKING LINE.* Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Debt Recovery Tele caller to join our collections team for HDFC Bank Credit Card recovery operations. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to recover overdue payments, providing account information, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to customers with overdue credit card payments. Remind and follow up with customers regarding pending dues and encourage timely repayment. Explain the terms of the debt, possible consequences of non-payment, and repayment options. Negotiate settlements or payment arrangements that align with both the customer’s ability and company guidelines. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone with customers, even in challenging situations. Update call details, payment commitments, and outcomes accurately in the CRM/system. Escalate unresolved cases or disputes to the senior recovery team or legal department if necessary. Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets set by the department. Follow HDFC Bank’s compliance, regulatory, and customer service protocols during interactions. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language. Ability to handle stress and difficult conversations calmly and effectively. Familiarity with credit card products and recovery processes is an advantage. Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or collection systems. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in debt recovery, telecalling, or customer service (preferably in banking or NBFCs). Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Recovery Collection Rate (%) Number of Effective Calls per Day Promise to Pay (PTP) Conversion Rate Customer Satisfaction and Compliance Scores Compensation & Benefits: Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance. Opportunity to grow within the Bank collections network. Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
