Your core responsibilities will include architecting and building data integration solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data from diverse sources, implementing data cleansing, matching, and enrichment processes to improve data quality, designing and managing data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions, monitoring data quality, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective actions, as well as establishing and enforcing data governance policies to maintain data consistency and compliance. To be successful in this role, you should have expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud features like data matching, cleansing, enrichment, and data quality rules. You should also possess an understanding of data modeling concepts, proficiency in using Salesforce Data Cloud APIs and tools for data integration, knowledge of data warehousing concepts, and experience in implementing Salesforce Data Cloud for customer 360 initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and developing data integration solutions, managing data quality issues, collaborating with business stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs, building and customizing Agentforce conversational flows, refining NLP models for accurate understanding of customer queries, monitoring Agentforce performance, integrating Agentforce with other Salesforce components, testing and deploying Agentforce interactions across various channels, and more. Key skills to highlight on your resume include expertise in Salesforce administration, development, understanding of Salesforce architecture, deep knowledge of Agentforce features, familiarity with NLP techniques, proven ability in conversational design, skills in data analysis, and experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce Data Cloud platform.
