Lead Architect

As the Lead Decisioning Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting Pega Decisioning solutions that are in line with business objectives, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of decisioning strategies utilizing machine learning, predictive analytics, and complex business rules to enhance customer interactions and business outcomes. You will also be tasked with defining, configuring, and optimizing intricate business rules, decision logic, and decision tables within Pega Decisioning to meet business requirements and compliance standards. Furthermore, your role will involve managing adaptive and predictive models within the Pega Decisioning platform to enhance accuracy and effectiveness continuously. You will oversee the integration of data from various sources to facilitate data-driven decision-making, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, developers, and other teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of decisioning solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and fine-tuning decisioning strategies to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and overall performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will also entail creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to advanced decisioning strategies, models, and configurations.
