Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and updating data accurately and efficiently into our systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into relevant databases or systems with speed and accuracy.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Respond to data inquiries and provide data reports as needed.
Assist in preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
Follow company procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar position is preferred.
Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
Office-based or remote depending on company policy.
May require sitting for extended periods and working on computers.
