Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-typing Data Entry Operator to efficiently manage a large volume of data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should have exceptional typing speed and accuracy, along with basic computer knowledge and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or online systems Type and format data from scanned documents, handwritten notes, or digital sources Ensure high accuracy and maintain data integrity at all times Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output Maintain and update records regularly Handle confidential information with integrity Meet daily or weekly typing and entry targets Coordinate with team members or supervisors for clarification or verification when needed Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a data entry or related role High typing speed (Minimum 50–60 WPM preferred) with excellent accuracy Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace Basic knowledge of using data entry software or CRMs Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with basic office equipment (scanner, printer, etc.) Knowledge of English and/or other regional languages (as per company requirement) Preferred Skills:Typing certification (optional but preferred) Experience in eCommerce product listing, billing, or forms processing Ability to multitask and handle repetitive tasks without losing focus
