We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team, with a dual focus on infrastructure maintenance and seamless onboarding of data views. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring stable data platform operations while enabling efficient data integration, especially in the context of complex upstream changes and fiscal year transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform infrastructure maintenance, including:

o Azure subscription management,

o Azure Infrastructure and Platform Operations

o ETL pipeline monitoring

o Source path validation and updates

o Proactive issue identification and resolution

· Manage data onboarding activities, including:

o Integration of new data sources and views

o Adjustments for FY rollover and evolving upstream systems

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform readiness with business

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, SQL).
• Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of database systems, data modeling techniques, and advanced SQL proficiency. Experience with NoSQL databases is often a plus.
• ETL Tools & Concepts: Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and experience with relevant tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, Databricks, Azure Data Factory).
