Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment operations during the night shift. This role involves scheduling interviews, coordinating with recruiters and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or coordination and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work: Full Time

Key Responsibilities :

Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Streamlit , or Dash
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
Create Python scripts for data processing, automation, and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
Work on projects related to stock loan, stock lending, and borrowing processes
Leverage cloud platforms (preferably AWS) for data storage and processing

Requirements:

Proficiency in data visualization tools: Power BI, Streamlit , Dash, etc.
Strong experience in SQL and relational databases
Solid Python scripting skills
Domain knowledge in banking, with a focus on stock loan and securities lending/borrowing
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS

Good To Have Skills :

Experience with financial data modeling
Knowledge of data governance and security practices
