Hiring: Process Engineers (2 - 7 Years Experience)

Role: Data Analyst / Scientist

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive analytics solutions for petrochemical and refinery units. Translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven models and solutions.

- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to create high-quality datasets for modeling.

- Develop, validate, and maintain machine learning and deep learning models using Python, focusing on practical, real-world applications for client-specific challenges.

- Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, uncovering trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including Process Engineers, Data Engineers, and UI Developers, to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

- Maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation for all projects, ensuring that processes, methodologies, and outcomes are clearly recorded. Prepare and present reports that communicate findings, methodologies, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

- Researching and staying updated on emerging data science tools, techniques, and machine learning models.

Requirements:

- 2-7 years of experience in predictive, descriptive and prescriptive modeling within the Analytics and Machine Learning space. Experience in the petrochemical or refinery industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.

- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in machine learning frameworks such as Keras and Scikit-learn. Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and deep learning models in production environments.

- In-depth understanding of statistical analysis techniques, including time series forecasting and anomaly detection.

- Extensive experience with Python, MySQL and Git.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, explore, and integrate new technologies and methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms along with previous experience with Azure, Databricks, and PySpark is a plus.
