• Ability to deliver the various phases (framing, study / design, execution, completion/closure) of large / complex projects.
• Ability to develop a culture of the planning, be able to keep a direction to meet the deadlines in an autonomous manner.
• Ability to take decisions linked to the project when necessary and when it goes under PM mandate.
