We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for supporting the development of BOMs (Bill of Materials), negotiating with suppliers for lead times and pricing and preparing PORs (Purchase Order Requests). Additionally the DAS Solutions Engineer will support the Engineering using a proprietary ROM tool. The candidate must be proficient in English and have experience with DAS (distributed antenna systems), and must also possess excellent Excel skills.

Job Duties:

Review and analyze IBWAVE designs to create Bill of Materials
Review with equipment providers and distributors to negotiate pricing and lead times.
Track status of material orders and update project team with delivery information
Use a proprietary ROM tool to prepare cost estimates and proposals.
Maintain technical documentation and records related to proposals and quotes.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure BOMs and PORs are accurate and feasible.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) and other wireless communication systems.
Work during US Business Hours

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on DAS or wireless communication systems.

Detailed Component level knowledge of commonly used DAS materials

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Familiar with DAS OEM architectures, such as Commscope, SpiderCloud, Ericsson DOT, Corning, JMA (TEKO) and/or SOLID Technologies.
Public Safety / P25 Design and deployment experience.
Previous experience supporting US based companies
