Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred in related fields. Proven experience in customer service or related role in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet customer needs promptly. Strong customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in responses.,
