Seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve issues, provide product info, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior customer service experience.Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner. Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Build strong customer relationships through empathy and understanding. Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.
