Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle inbound/outbound international/domestic calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions.
  • Work in rotational shifts including evenings (24x7) for voice process operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance metrics.
