We are looking for Customer Support Executive for Dwarka location Hiring for candidates who can handle customer queries and can help Customers with Technical or Non-technical queries over the phone. Location: Dwarka Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational off) Work timings: Day 9 Hour Shift What we are looking for? Graduate or undergraduate pursuing graduation (Final Year) Freshers or Experienced with relevant experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills Excellent Communication Skills (English Hindi) Basic Computer Knowledge Customer focus and problem-solving ability What you will be doing? Helping customers with queries. Handling technical and non-technical queries. Problem-solving for various customers. Handling chat process.
