Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our team in Faridabad. This is a full-time, work-from-office role suitable for someone who is good at communication and has basic operational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, messages, and queries professionally
• Coordinate order processing, returns, and other backend tasks
• Maintain and update data using MS Excel
• Assist in daily operational tasks and reporting
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English communication skills (a must)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (must)
• Should be comfortable with customer interaction
• Must be punctual, organized, and reliable
• Preferably from or willing to travel to NHPC Chowk, Faridabad

Other Details:

• Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Timings: 10 AM – 6:30 PM
• Location: Office near NHPC Chowk Metro Station, Faridabad
• Working Days: 6 days a week
