Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice support team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their education and migration-related queries for Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer inquiries related to study options, visa processes, documentation, and appointment scheduling.

• Maintain a clear understanding of the Australian education and migration systems to provide accurate information.

• Update and manage client records in the CRM system.

• Follow up with clients to ensure resolution of their concerns.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to compliance policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Australian accent understanding is a plus).

• Prior experience in international voice process (preferably Australian) is desirable.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work in Australian business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
