Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Clients Location: Noida (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher (BBA / B.Tech / MBA) Shifts: Rotational (Bi-weekly/Monthly) Morning Shift : Work from Office Evening/Night Shift : Work from Home Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational offs) Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer support team for international clients. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in a fast-paced and client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and calls to international clients. Understand customer queries and offer timely resolutions within defined SLAs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution. Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer conversations. Follow up on customer concerns until full resolution. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with clients at all times. Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Fresh graduates (BBA / B.Tech / MBA) with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts as per international client requirements. Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRMs or ticketing systems. Problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure. Team player with a customer-centric approach. Preferred Skills: Prior internship or project exposure in customer service or client communication (if any). Knowledge of global cultures or international business practices is a plus.
