Job Description

Desired Experience & Skills:- Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries. Be proficient in our products and services and communicate effectively to the customer. Responding to queries from customers and giving timely support when requested. Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the timely response to inquiries. Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services wherever applicable. Ensure all communications are logged timely and correctly. Previous chat support experience preferred. Flexible to work on rotational shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be Proficient in Hindi and English, any other language knowledge would be an added advantage.
