Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures. Preferred candidate profile 0 to 3 Years of experience. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice. Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and strong typing skills. Previous customer service experience, especially in practical industry preferred.
